Annie and Ben know how to find mushrooms in the woods and cook up mushroom feasts. They are also masters of the outdoor oven named Caruso. Maybe we will get some thoughts on using the outdoor oven or on making pizza?

On hot days, cooking in Caruso is the best place. The house never heats up at all, and yet there is fine food to eat.
Ben makes sourdough starter to use in the dough and other bread…the brown bubbles in the crust give the pizza a delightful fragrance.
