Cottage Cheese Pancakes

This is a very healthy way to eat pancakes, and they do not make you feel tired or like your stomach is too full.

These are light, very healthy, full of protein, and make you feel wonderful!

Blend in a blender:
1 cup cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup oil
1 cup milk
½ tsp vanilla

Best cooked in a non-stick pan with a fire that is not too hot. The batter is good thin, which makes a more crepe like pancake, and also with a little more flour, to have some substance to it. You will like either way, they are both delicious.
